Position Overview
The Digital Sales Representative qualifies or sells directly to customers from inbound calls, Chat, and Qualified opportunities from SDRs. Work with clients of all levels, in different industries and across a broad geographical area.
Responsible for quickly developing, consulting, and transacting orders which require minimum sales activities. In cases where there is further discovery and more in-depth sales activities needed, they will qualify and then transfer opportunities. You will report to the Manager, Digital Inside Sales.

Responsibilities
Manage and sell directly to customers from inbound calls, chat, and outbound calls associated to several lead sources
Identify customer type and need early in the discussion to route (i.e. Direct, Named Accounts, Technical Support)
Create, build, close, and transact a qualified pipeline of inbound/direct customers
Transition qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representative or partner
Manage time between Inbound phone calls, Chat, and Outbound call
Navigate Autodesk resources to accommodate the needs of inbound customers
Maintain knowledge of Autodesk subscription offerings including maintenance plans, subscription offerings, Cloud Service Subscription, and Advanced Support
The business will typically be closed directly through Autodesk and you the Sales Rep will close the business and using internal tools to facilitate and process the order
You will be a Trusted Adviser for customers and identify win/win situations
Weekly sales pipeline management for Forecasting accuracy
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
2+ years of sales experience (in the software or SaaS inbound sales environment)
Apply sales skills associated with a cold calling sales model; verbal and written skills required
Experience closing business with customers directly by phone interaction
Experience working with clients of all levels, in multiple industries, and across a broad geographical area
Experience in inbound call center sales environment working directly with customers of varying size and industry
Proficient in Technology (InContact, SFDC, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, Outreach, Zoom, …)
Proficient computer skills including internet, Salesforce.com, email, MS Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
Motivated, determined & business oriented
Excel in a past environment
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with the sales process and certain selling methodologies i.e. TAS
Manage difficult situations while remaining upbeat and positive
Strong team selling mindset & Business Acumen
