As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will support the Americas Mid-Market sales team of ACS. You will be a highly strategic trusted advisor and partner to the sales leaders, providing financial insights, analysis, and recommendations that drive revenue growth and customer success. You will also implement controls and collaborate with other finance teams and functions to ensure alignment and integration of financial plans, processes, and systems. You are a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills, effective partnering skills, good business judgment, and the ability to work with all levels of management. You will report directly to the Finance Director of ACS.
Responsibilities
Partner with ACS Americas Midmarket Sales leaders to drive topline growth and achieve financial goals on Annual Contract Value (ACV), value-based renewal rates, net revenue retention rates, billing, and revenue
Manage annual planning process, allocate targets, and set sales quotas for commissionable sales employees
Manage sales forecast submissions with sales leaders
Present quarterly business reviews(QBRs) and quarterly business planning (QBPs). Evaluate the financial performance of the sales team, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and communicate actionable insights and recommendations to the sales leaders
Provide deal support in partnership with Deal Operations to develop proposals and agreements
Assisting in process improvement on Americas Mid-Market team pipeline management through salesforce.com
Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, systems and tools, leveraging best practices and automation
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (finance, business, accounting or engineering); MBA/CPA preferred
8+ years of related experience in finance business partnering and financial planning and analysis
High degree of business acumen and strategic thinking
Demonstrated maturity and ability to interact with Senior Executives
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to teamwork and building effective relationships
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deal well with uncertainty and change
A strong process improvement focus, an interest in seeking out and eliminating root cause problems
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other financial systems such as Tableau, Qlikview, Anaplan, NetSuite, SAP is a plus
Prior experience in a SaaS company is a plus
