The BDR Manager will report to the Inbound Territory Segment Leader and will oversee a team of SDRs to achieve their pipeline generation and business targets. This team will align with the territory sales team focused on construction and you will grow our top of funnel lead generation engine. The BDR Manager will oversee the performance metrics, training, and execution of your inbound SDR team. This role is based in Atlanta, GA and requires attendance in-office for intentional gatherings.
Hire, manage and motivate a team of experienced inbound Sales Development Reps to exceed targets through coaching, tracking, and creative incentives
Attend Intentional Gatherings at least twice per month in the Atlanta office and help promote in-person engagement
Work with marketing and sales operations to improve inbound workflows & remove roadblocks from SDR processes
Report on goals & individual results and hold team accountable to expectations of the role
Lead weekly team meetings & call coaching sessions, aiming to improve call quality and attainment toward targets
2+ years BDR Management experience, or proven track record closing business in construction industry + established peer leader
Experience managing people to overachieve against performance goals
You are a power Salesforce.com user and have experience with Outreach and/or Gong
Familiarity with the Construction industry (but not a necessity
