Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement innovative pre-sales activation programs targeting high-potential accounts, aligning with the organization's strategic objectives.

2. Collaborate closely with the post-sales Activation Program Manager to ensure a seamless transition and continuity of account engagement across the customer lifecycle.

3. Design and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate program success and make data-driven decisions to optimize pre-sales activities.

4. Foster strong partnerships with sales, marketing, and ABM teams to align pre-sales strategies with broader go-to-market efforts.

5. Lead cross-functional project teams to support the execution of pre-sales activation initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

6. Work with ATA geo leads to implement programs that meet the unique needs of our global teams.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; 10+ years experience in marketing program ownership.
  • High proficiency in English (C2 preferred)
  • Proven experience in sales, ABM, or related roles, preferably in the B2B software or technology sectors.
  • Experience in process design, sales or success operations, product and program management.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to inform and drive strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively across various levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, delivering results within tight deadlines.

  • Works independently to align key stakeholders across go-to-market teams to deliver an integrated activation approach.
  • Demonstrable impact on pipeline growth and lead qualification rates through strategic pre-sales activation efforts.
  • Successful development and execution of a comprehensive pre-sales activation program from the ground up to deliver an optimized customer experience.
  • Enhanced alignment between pre-sales and post-sales activities, contributing to a seamless and effective customer engagement strategy across the lifecycle.
