Position Overview

You will manage the Mexico Technical Sales Team. You as Tech Sales Manager are someone who supports all technical sales aspects of consultative sales at Autodesk Mexico, establishing new ideas for growing Autodesk's business. The Tech Sales Manager has at least 10 years of successful experience working in the industry, with verified knowledge to uncover customer business issues, propose improvements, and lead the team to the country's goal achievement. You will be based in Mexico City, Mexico where you can join us for a continuous improvement and team building. You will have a combination of remote work and onsite work. You as the Mexico Technical Sales Manager will report to the LATAM Technical Sales Director.

  • The Technical Sales Manager requires full knowledge of and owns area of functional responsibility to provide direction according to established policies and management guidance, administers company policies that directly affect subordinate employees, and recommends changes to unit or sub-unit policies

  • You will oversee experienced employees

  • You will receive assignments in the form of goals with processes to meet your goals

  • Your work will require management reviews to measure and meet goals, solve issues of limited scope, follow established procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be obtained.

  • You will monitor daily operations of your team. Work with team members and functional peer groups

  • Provide immediate guidance to a unit or group of employees, assigning tasks, checking work at frequent intervals, and maintaining schedules. A portion of time is normally spent performing individual tasks related to the unit

  • Will be involved in the industry's community by promoting Autodesk's unique business values, transforming businesses for the better while improving life conditions

  • You will travel to visit customers among the country, lead industry forums, and assist to Autodesk events where you can count on us to exchange the information you need to speed up your results and making this your dream job

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ experience managing individuals to achieve performance goals

  • Experience managing multiple ongoing programs simultaneously

  • Experience with Autodesk Solutions

  • Extensive and proven sales experience in enterprise applications, with experience exceeding quota expectations

  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects

  • Strong metrics and analytical orientation

  • Guide to continuously develop talent through on-the-job coaching, and leading by example
