​Business Development / Sales Ops Trainee (Industrial Air Filtration)

Education Direction: Business Management (Bachelor's or Master's)

We are currently looking to bring on board Trainees who will join our Business Development and Sales Operations Team.

Are you interested in developing your commercial (sales) and business skills in a ‘live’ company environment? Are you interested in fulfilling your potential as part of a successful organization?

You will become an integrated part of the team. As a start, you will be trained on the Industrial Air Filtration product and service portfolio with a view to contributing to increasing the Opportunity to Sales Conversion in the Reactive- Proactive Lead channels.

Job Purpose:

• Analyze incoming .com and any other digital channels.

• Prepare the lead with further company research prior to handover to our Sales Team.

• Market research for defined Strategic Industries and applications to support sales enablement tools and BD/sales team.

Profile:

• You have a commercial interest and a confident personality hungry for results.

• You have an interest in learning about technical products, Market Development, Market Research, and product placement.

• Good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are required for day-to-day work.

• Fluent in English both spoken and written – any other European languages a plus (Spanish, Italian, German…)

• Capacity to analyze reports.

• Good communication skills.
