Poste et missions :

Rattaché(e) à l’équipe SAV, vous êtes l’interlocuteur technique privilégié de nos clients et de nos techniciens en assurant un support technique par téléphone. En étroite collaboration avec les chargés d’affaires sur le terrain, vous gérez les devis des pièces et interventions standards en informant régulièrement l'équipe SAV de vos contacts.

Vos missions principales :

• Réception des demandes SAV de nos clients : diagnostic, dépannage, déterminations techniques, chiffrages de pièces et d’interventions, etc
• Planification des interventions des techniciens : organisation des rendez-vous avec les clients, optimisation du planning des techniciens, préparation administrative des interventions
• Aide technique auprès des clients et des techniciens : recherche d’informations techniques (documentations, contacts avec l’usine, etc)
• Utilisation du CRM : enregistrement des opportunités, suivi de l’activité, relance

Profil :

Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure technique vous comprenez aisément les besoins de nos clients et vous possédez de solides compétences en électromécanique.

Vous maitrisez le pack office, vous avez un bon niveau d’anglais, vous êtes réactif(ve), pro actif(ve), vous avez un bon relationnel et êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités de communicant alors rejoignez-nous !
