Differentiate Donaldson as an expert in the fine chemicals markets through site assessments, technical sector-specific filtration support, internal and external training,...
Identify short & long-term growth potential within the pharma and/or fine chemicals industries (trends & emerging markets).
Set clear targets, provide guidance, and develop the global fine chemicals sector specialist team.
Technical support to the Global sales organizations.
Develop a short- and long-term growth plan for the Fine Chemicals market.
Defend and lead strategic long-term growth initiatives in cooperation with the Engineering, sales, and Marketing organizations.
Set targets by region for profitable sector revenue growth, and implement best practices and lessons learned across regions to ensure Donaldson's position as a premium partner for our customers.
Drive new customer acquisition within the fine chemicals market in cooperation with the key account organization, outbound sales teams, and regional sales organizations.
Take initiatives to stimulate development & growth opportunities within the team.
Capture and share market knowledge, voice of customer, product and application know-how, customer needs, and best practices.
Develop partnerships and relations with relevant industry organizations and important key accounts.
Bachelors or Masters as a Technical Education: Chemical Engineer or equivalent.
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical sector.
Must have experience with Process Filtration.
Fluent in English and French is a MUST.
Prepared to travel around 25%.
