The Inside Sales Rep role can be based in either Leuven (Belgium) or Leicester (UK).

The Inside Sales Rep is an ideal role for someone who is customer-focused, ideally with experience in a sales environment. This position will focus on the Industrial Gases Market side of the business. Responsible for First Fit Sales to assigned accounts within the UK region.
Acquire knowledge of filtration technology, applications, and operation of equipment necessary to assist customers and the responsible Area Sales Engineer.
Maintain customer database, log opportunities, and track meaningful interactions with the customers.
Be the first point of contact for incoming inquiries from customers.
Follow up on open quotes and order intake status.
Help promote our online ordering platform and assist customers in using this platform.
Play a crucial role in customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree or higher
1+ years of Sales or Customer Service experience
Motivation for Sales
Meeting Sales and Activities goals
Customer Service oriented
Desire to grow and develop
Familiarity with Office Suite
Experience using CRM and ERP systems
Fluent in English is a must; other languages are a plus.
