We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Rep who can be a team player supporting the external sales team and handling customer requests. We value your contributions and want to help you learn and grow.
The Inside Sales Representative is an ideal role for someone who is customer-focused, ideally with experience in a sales environment. This position will focus on the Industrial Gases Market side of the business. Responsible for supporting first fit sales for the DACH region - with a strong focus on Austria and Switzerland.
Acquire knowledge of filtration technology, applications, and operation of equipment necessary to assist customers and the responsible Area Sales Engineer.
Maintain customer database, log opportunities and track meaningful interactions with the customers.
Be the first point of contact for incoming inquiries from customers.
Follow up on open quotes and order intake status.
Help promote our online ordering platform and assist customers in using this platform.
Play a crucial role within customer satisfaction.
Fluent in German is a must
Business English is a must
Knowledge of French is a plus
Any additional European languages is a plus!
High School diploma
Experience with all Microsoft applications i.e. outlook, excel, powerpoint
Comfortable calling prospects and customers when required.
Bachelor’s degree or higher
1+ year of Sales or customer service experience
Motivation to drive and support Sales
Meeting Sales and Activities goals
Experience using a CRM and ERP system
Customer Service oriented
