We are looking for an Internal Sales with fluent Turkish and English to join our Automotive Aftermarket Sales team. In this position, your customers will extend throughout Turkey, Israel & Azerbaijan and you will need to perform a nice amount of variety of tasks to support both internally and externally with customers in this region.
This role will be located in Terrassa (Spain) and report to the Senior Sales Managers of EMEA located in the UK.
Your key responsibilities:
Customer & Sales focus
Handling all incoming and outgoing customer communications
Providing a high quality service to the assigned customers
Working closely with the outside sales team, understand customer needs and utilize that knowledge to secure business
Prepare and finalize quotations and send them to customers with input of Outside Sales
Help and facilitate large quotation requests for the Sales Manager
Support the outside sales team with the quick execution of Lead management and ensuring we handle within 48 hours
Update contact list for Customer Satisfaction Survey, follow up results in collaboration with sales manager
Follow-up on customer complaints and our process to solve them. Communicate decision and explanation to customer
Setting up the opportunities in CRM,
Supporting the business by preparing cost overviews, price lists, analysis, special pricing requests, tenders, etc.
Prepare BI & ERP sales reports, periodically and based on request
Coordinate Bi-weekly meetings with the sales team reports
Ensure documentation is filled out correctly for new product developments and is followed up in a timely manner.
You have a bachelor’s degree with administrative or commercial orientation
You have 2-4 years of experience in sales support/inside sales/export customers handling
You are well organized and a self-starter
Fluent in English & Turkish
Good working knowledge of MS Office packages,
Experience in ERP system (i.e., Oracle) and CRM is a plus.
