Our Vigny/Cergy site is looking for a committed and communicative Manager Internal Sales to motivate and develop our Food & Beverage Aftermarket team.

Your responsibility:

  • You will take over the management of our internal sales team in the Food & Beverage Aftermarket division
  • You will ensure aftermarket sales through proactive and reactive customer contacts
  • You will increase the customer base by further developing our efficient acquisition team
  • You will be responsible for setting KPIs, monitoring and implementing corrective measures, as well as improving processes and efficiency
  • You inspire and motivate your team to achieve the growth targets in the aftermarket area together
  • You organize training sessions to ensure professional communication with the customer
  • You will also coordinate with all colleagues within the Aftermarket organization and across the Food & Beverage organization to ensure full alignment of strategy and support sustainable growth
  • Keep up to date with market trends, customer preferences and competitor activities and share this information with other employees to achieve a better strategic positioning in the market

Your profile:

  • You have already successfully gained experience in leading a sales team (preferably telephone sales)
  • Alternatively, you can look back on several years of experience in telephone sales and are ready for the next step
  • You have the ability to motivate and inspire people
  • You have completed training or studies or have comparable qualifications through professional experience
  • Fluency in French and English due to the international nature of the company, any other language is an advantage
  • Strong CRM and system knowledge to create dashboards, collect, analyze and present data
  • Initial experience in managing KPIs and flexibility in dealing with change
  • You have strong communication and assertiveness skills, as well as organizational skills and enjoy working in a team
