  • Meeting annual sales targets by calling on existing and prospective customers to promote the Donaldson value and products for Food & Beverage industry and Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Identify and understand application-needs-wants-requirements of a customer to offer solution.
  • Conduct market research and look to uncover potential for business development and future products through on-going visits to customers and potential customers, as well as end users.
  • Maintains a consistent customer call routine as deemed necessary by physical visit-call-emails.
  • Build long term relationships with all customers by continually providing professional customer service and facilitating smooth communication channels for our distributors, dealers and Donaldson users.
  • General account management such as customer support & training, product demonstration, assistance with appropriate marketing materials & attendance at trade shows,
  • Displays, promotes and demonstrates product using samples, electronic communication, catalogue , emphasises saleable features, movie, presentation.
  • Understand and follow instructions-directions-strategy-policy distributed by corporate or managers.

Sales Administration

  • Daily input of all customer activities into CRM.
  • Prepares reports of business transactions and keeps expense accounts.
  • Prepares weekly and quarterly travel plans and maintains reports via CRM system.
  • Provides new customer data and other sales data for current customers into CRM.
  • Prepares standard sales reports as required by F&B management.

Safety

  • Actively promotes safety by ensuring safe systems of work within role.
  • Adheres to all company WHS policies and procedures.
  • Follows client’s WHS policies and procedures when on site.
  • Reports all incidents in a timely manner; implements outcomes as requested.
