The OEM Key Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining a current book of business while also building business through new and existing markets. This role will handle a number of our key accounts that have a global impact. This high-impact role is ideal for someone who considers themselves to be a hunter and farmer with a track record of sales success. Ideal candidates will be able to work a hybrid schedule from our Bloomington, MN location.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Grow profitable sales by prospecting for new target accounts in both new and existing markets

  • Nurture and develop account relationships

  • Create sales action plans to meet revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per customer and by identifying, developing, and closing new sales opportunities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to meet customer deliverables and timelines

  • Own the role of Voice of the Customer by understanding customer and market needs and communicating them to stakeholders

  • Support channel partners in growing OEM sales in their territory

  • Apply Industrial Ventilation principles to quote and supply high performing solutions to customers

TRAVEL: Up to 30%

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B corporate relationship building

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience managing large or key accounts

  • Proven track record of sales growth

  • Ability to think strategically and creatively

  • Experience working with a global manufacturer

  • Strong relationship builder and communicator

  • Self-motivating individual who delivers on commitments

  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to solve problems

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Experience in applying Industrial Ventilation principles
