The Internal Sales Representative role will work with Original Equipement customers in a variety of ways. This role offers great opportunity for learning, growth, and development within the organization. This position works directly with internal teams as well as external customers in support of the Mobile Solutions Sales team. This is a role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, self-starter and interested in building a career in account management within sales.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Contributor to the maintenance of long-term customer relationships.
  • Prepare basic revenue performance analysis (price, margin, cost) and propose price.
  • Complete internal sales tasks with direction from Account Manager/Supervisor.
  • Receiving and processing customer inquiries in relation to pricing, lead-time, product offering, and complaints through efficient, prompt, and friendly communication.
  • Support with APD project tasks (streamline, derivative, import, paint & pack): internal and external meetings, follow-up, meet customer’s deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • 1 year experience working in a customer facing environment.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Good organizational and administration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a mechanical or industrial environment.
  • Proficiency in other languages (German, French, etc.)
  • Proficiency in CRM and Oracle
