As a Sales Operations Analyst Intern, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Sales Operations team in maximising the potential of our commercial teams. Your primary focus will be on reporting & analysis bringing insights to the commercial leadership and sales reps. This internship offers a valuable opportunity for talented individuals to gain hands-on experience in sales operations within the tech industry. This position will report to the Global Head of Sales Strategy and Operations and will be based out of our Barcelona or Madrid offices.

Data Analysis & Reporting :

  • Develop, maintain & continuously improve reporting ensuring seamless business performance tracking including weekly reports shared with commercial leadership, quarterly business reviews, etc.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis providing commercial leaders and their teams with actionable insights to support business growth and commercial decision-making linked to among other topics sales activity, client segments, product performance
  • Conduct external market research on industry trends, opportunity size and client-level data to support sales teams in their prospecting activities


  • Support the Sales Operations team in managing compensation processes
  • Improve current processes by looking into automation of reports in Salesforce and other BI Tools
  • Ad-hoc Projects


  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Must be eligible for a working student opportunity for a minimum of 6 months
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite with a focus on Excel is a must, Salesforce is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about tech and digital advertising
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
