As Ogury´s business continues to scale, the Sales Strategy and Operations team is an imperative fixture within our organization where this role engages to drive the key processes of the commercial organization by translating strategical needs of the business into operational actions.
The team’s mission is to provide commercial teams with optimal conditions to maximize revenue and operational efficiency through measurement, processes and tools.
In this role you will report to the Global Head of Sales Strategy and Operations and will have high exposure to senior leadership at Ogury. This role offers a unique opportunity to expand your business acumen and professional experience in the dynamic environment of a global tech company.
Based in our New York City office, where we encourage our team to join us in office 2-3 days per week (more if you'd like!).

What you will do:

  • Build and nurture relationships with the regional commercial leadership team as their strategy business partner
  • Secure daily sales and commercial execution through definition and monitoring of relevant KPIs
  • Turn data into insights to support existing and new business growth initiatives by:
  • Performing advanced analyses – incl. market sizing & segmentation, pricing, inventory costs, pitch process, territory management, product roll out, etc.
  • Supporting external facing reporting such as QBRs for Enterprise clients, HoldCos and Independent Agencies
  • Develop, manage and drive the quarterly Business Planning processes and compensation strategy, design and execution
  • Supporting deal proposals with relevant data such as spending, forecasts, margin analysis, rebates, services and other trading models. Deal tracking and monitoring
  • Design and build data models, tools and systems that will enable to improve sales processes and operations fostering operational efficiency. Liaise with Salesforce team to develop right set of reports
  • Lead projects to execute operational improvements based on review of current processes and data analysis

What you will bring to this role and Ogury:

  • Demonstrated experience within a Sales Operations function with cross-functional collaboration or experience with FP&A and/or Consulting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • An enjoyment to solve challenging problems with efficient and innovative solutions
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast faced environment
  • A proactive approach and demonstrated collaboration
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Existing experience and technical proficiency in Salesforce and Data Analysis tools (such as: PowerBI and SQL is a plus)
